Cancellations more than 3 months before the planned arrival are possible free of charge.

Cancellations 2 to 1 month in advance will incur a charge of 40% of the total booking amount (excluding local tax).

1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total booking amount (excluding local tax) will be charged.

For cancellations within 7 days before the planned arrival, 100% of the total booking amount (excluding local tax) will be charged.
